Today, on October 13, 2008 at the European Party Council sitting the decision about possible participation of the Party in the pre-term elections was made.

 

Particularly the group of negotiators was authorized to continue talks towards possible union with the Block of Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Block of Yulia Tymoshenko, Vitaliy Klychko (in case of his decision to participate in the elections independently) and other political forces.

 

“The decision was made that our party will participate in the pre-term elections. Besides all members of the Party Council declaim the decision about holding of the extraordinary parliamentary campaign we, being a responsible political force following its program and ideological values are obliged to take part in the electoral process”,- Mykola Katerynchuk – the Chairman of the European Party, the People’s Deputy of Ukraine summarized the results of the Party’s sitting.
