Yesterday, on November 10, 2008 the Kyiv City organization of the European Party of Ukraine and Mykola Katerynchuk Block’s supporters in the Kyiv City Council held a Protest Action at the Kyiv City Council concerning the tariff rise in the Kyiv transportation.

 

The Action participants consider that four-times tariff rise in the capital underground is absolutely unreasonable and demand from the Kyiv City Council to lower new tariffs.

 

Due to the words of Victor Vasylyuk – the Head of the Kyiv City organization of the European Party of Ukraine, “agent provocateurs from the Kyiv City authorities prevented holding the meeting against the tariff rise in the city transportation”.
