Today, June19, 2008 the sitting of the Council of the Political party “The European Party of Ukraine” took place. The results of the Kyiv Rada re-elections on May 25, 2008 and current political situation in Ukraine were the key issues of the agenda of the sitting.   

 

Besides other issues the necessity of holding of the second stage of the 3-rd Congress of the Political Party “The European Party of Ukraine” was under discussion.

Due to the Party Council’s decision and according to the results of the work of the Kyiv Regional Organization of the Political party “The European Party of Ukraine” at the Kyiv Rada re-elections it was decided to evaluate its activities as good.

The Political Council of the Party also made the decision to hold the second stage of the 3-rd Congress of the Political Party “The European Party of Ukraine” in the middle of July, 2008. The mission of the Congress is confirmation of the development strategy of the Party and potential in pre-term elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
